1. Non-Refundable Services

Strategy development, content planning, design work, research, and consulting time are non-refundable once work has commenced. This is because these services involve significant time and intellectual resources from the start.

2. Payments and Retainers

Advance payments for projects are non-refundable.
Monthly retainers are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.
Refunds are not applicable for completed deliverables or milestones.

3. Cancellations

Any cancellations of ongoing services require prior written notice as per your specific service agreement. Remaining work until the billing cycle completion will still be delivered as planned.
